The Jessup Borough Planning Commission is responsible for the review of all proposed new construction projects, subdivisions, and Borough projects to ensure all projects meet the goals & objectives of the comprehensive plan.

Zoning refers to the enforcement of building codes and compliance with our Zoning Ordinance and the International Property Maintenance Code. Additionally our Zoning Officer is responsible for issuing Construction and Compliance permits and completing all necessary inspections.
